Who we are
Welcome to Brave Haven Wellness Collective, a space created to support deep healing, nervous system restoration, and a return to the wisdom of the body. My name is Jae, and I am a trauma-informed massage therapist and somatic practitioner dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with themselves through safe, intentional, body-based work.
I graduated from Metro State University. My focus was in Biology with a minor in Integrative Health. I received my massage training from the Colorado School of Healing Arts and have over five years of experience working in somatic therapy, including Somatic Respiratory Integration (SRI). My training includes Trauma Touch Therapy, deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, Thai techniques, and TMJ-focused work.
My approach blends evidence-based bodywork with somatic awareness, allowing clients to unwind long-held tension, release emotional patterns stored in the body, and rebuild a sense of inner resilience. Sessions are slow, intentional, and guided by your nervous system, never forceful, always collaborative.
At Brave Haven Wellness Collective, the focus is on creating a sanctuary for those who live and work in high-impact environments, from first responders to dispatchers, shift workers, and anyone carrying the weight of trauma or chronic stress. This work is grounded in the belief that healing is generational, and by tending to our own bodies, we shift the path forward for those who come after us.
Whether you are seeking relief from physical pain, support for emotional processing, or a deeper mind-body connection, you are welcome here.
Brave Haven is where strength meets softness… and where your healing has a place to land.
